Lieutenant-colonel (retired) of the Brazilian Army, graduated in lawyer and registered aat the Organization of Brazilian Lawyers - OAB/RJ. In the Intelligence affairs for the Brazilian Army, he was analyst, agent and head of operations. In the Activity of Security, he planned, coordinated and also executed the security plans of authorities, dignataries and great events. In the private activities, he works as advisor of large companies since the year of 2000. Master and professor, he is also author of the book: Strategic Corporative Security - Beddings .

Colonel (retired) of the Braziian Army, Doctor in strategic activities, with large experience acquired throughout thirty years of service in different executive function in the Brazilian Army. In the Activity of Intelligence, he acted as analyst and operational agent. In the Activity of Security, he operated in the strategical planning, tactical and operational of the security of authorities and great big events. In the private initiative, he works as consulting of big companies and organization, since the year of 1997.
